It’s that time of year again!!! I don’t have many spring weddings this year, but this Tin Roof Venue Wedding is one that I have been so excited for! I photographed these two this winter and we had so much fun galivanting the country-side. I knew that their wedding would be beautiful AND fun. I was also excited to get to head out to the Tin Roof Venue in Moses Lake. It’s a newer venue that I hadn’t been out to, but they have done a great job with it.
I had been watching the weather for the past week because you never know what it’s going to be like in the spring around here. The wind could blow like crazy or it could rain- if you’re lucky you could get both! Somehow, the weather Gods smiled down on us and gave us a warm 57 degree day with just a little tiny breeze. I think I even got a little sunburned. It was the PERFECT day, weather-wise.
Before Dakota and Madisyn had their first look, Madisyn had one with her bridesmaids, her brother, and then her dad. They all didn’t disappoint. I love that she took the extra time in their day to do them all! They’re some of my favorite photos of the day!
These two had a traditional ceremony and exchanged vows and rings and sealed the deal with a kiss. There wasn’t any tears, but both of them mentioned that they were really close to doing it. It was a great ceremony to signify the start of their new lives together.
Then we celebrated with yummy nachos, and went through the normal formalities- cake, dancing, toasts. Madisyn and her dad had the sweetest daddy/daughter dance which turned into some great choreography and floor work. Everyone got a good laugh out of that. It was just a fun day.
Dakota and Madisyn- I’m so excited for you and this next adventure of yours! Congrats again!!
