I have been waiting for over a year for this Disney-Inspired Oakshire Estate wedding. If you remember, I had a beautiful wintery engagement session with Joel and Jaclyn months ago, and I can’t be the only one that was happy that it was much warmer for their beautiful wedding day. Any wedding out at Oakshire is stunning, but get Edna with Events by Edz involved and it looks like it belongs on the pages of any of the best wedding magazines out there! We had a KILLER wedding vendor list for this one, and I’m so dang excited to get to show you the day!
These two are so in love that everyone around them could see it on the day of their wedding. Many toasts were made to the love they share, the fact that Jaclyn looked like a real-life Disney princess queen, including an outfit change from her stunning ceremony dress to her perfect ballgown for the reception. Her dad told a story of when she was little, he had workers out in the yard fixing something. She opened her window and yelled down “Workers! Look, there’s a princess in here!” Her dad knew he was in trouble, but also knew that she would be a princess for life. There was no question for Jaclyn when it came to wedding planning that she wanted to have a Disney-inspired wedding day. It wasn’t cheesy, or overdone, but thanks to Edna, the day was fit for any Disney princess!
Joel and Jaclyn had white Chiavari chairs for the ceremony and reception with dusty blue tablescapes. All the florals were stunning thanks to Luxury Bloom Floral Design! There were so many beautiful cream roses!! It was stunning! This was my first wedding working with them, and they are magic! The real-life arbor for the wedding was even more beautiful than the rendering that Edna and her team initially thought of, and the flowers were repurposed for their reception décor at the sweetheart table. The tables matched the bridesmaids’ dusty blue dresses and everything tied together perfect to create the most perfect Disney-inspired Oakshire Estate Wedding.
The décor was stunning, the flowers were perfect, the food was tasty, the couple looked like a million bucks, and at the end of the day, they were husband and wife. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day.
Joel and Jaclyn! CONGRATS!!! You did it! You threw one heck of a party, and it was perfect! I’m excited to see what adventures lie ahead for you, and wish you the best of luck!! Congrats again!!!!
