It’s no secret around here that I love backyard weddings. It’s just special to have your wedding somewhere as intimate and personal as your own backyard, and that was especially true for this intimate backyard wedding of Dylan and Jackie.

I spent the day with these two as they were surrounded by friends and family celebrating their marriage, alongside their cute kiddos. I always love seeing the support a couple has from the most important people around them, and it continues to amaze me time after time. This wedding was no different. Jackie had her sister helping her all morning getting ready, and helping keep kiddos happy. Her niece and sister-in-law also helping. All day.

The weather was a little breezy, but not too uncommon in the area of Kennewick we were in, but they had an amazing view of Tri-cities below. The wind was worth the view. They had their own vows and it had everyone chuckling like “you promise to take out the garbage, and pick up your laundry off the floor?” with a rebuttal of “you promise to love him even when he doesn’t pick up his laundry on the floor?” I love when my couples add in their own personalities to things.

Dylan and Jackie, thanks again SO MUCH for letting me celebrate with you two! You have an adorable little family, and I’m honored to get to celebrate with you guys! Congrats!!!
