This Eastern Washington elopement has been a long time comin’! These two were supposed to be one of my 2020 couples, but no thanks to COVID, their changes had to change like so many others. Between vaccination mandates, mask mandates, and all the every changing requirements, these two finally make the difficult decision to do things a little different!

These two chose to get married with just close family and had a reception later off. I was bummed that our schedules didn’t work out and I wasn’t able to be there for those moments, but that meant we had a special day picked out for all the photos they could dream of!

We initially planned on going out to Snoqualmie Pass, but I’m true PNW fashion, the weather was going to be cold and rainy up there so we made a quick location change! One great thing about “elopement” photos is it’s all up to you! If you have a change happen, that’s ok!! We chose to shoot around in Eastern Washington, and I had the perfect places in mind! We started at the river shooting around the rocks, then headed to some nearby sand dunes, and ended our session way up in a mountain after some off roading action. We had so much fun!
