My favorite post of all of my favorite posts. My behind the scenes of 2019 is what you get today. I absolutely LOVE when I get behind the scenes shots from my second shooter. I was pretty bummed that almost half of my weddings didn’t have a second shooter because I knew I would have way less behind the scenes images from the year, but that just means that the ones that I do have are that much more fun. I decided after every wedding that I talk with my hands entirely too much, I have the WORST annoyed face even if i’m not annoyed, and that after a full day of weddings, I look pretty rough. HA!

I also think it’s fun to see when I am enjoying what I do-even if I squish my nose with my camera when shooting. What can you do?!

Again, I’m so dang grateful for such a killer year. I’m grateful for my clients and the fact that they chose ME to be their wedding photographer. I’m so stinkin’ honored every time that happens to this day, and I will definitely never take that for granted. I’m grateful for the amazing vendors we have around here that I get to work with so frequently and the amazing experience they continue to give to our brides. I am so excited for 2020 and what it has in store for me. 2019 is going to be another hard year to beat!

I’m also a bridal farrier in my spare time. HAHAHA! We had walked through all sorts of goat heads and they were stuck in my bride’s boots. I had to help her out because that’s SUPER annoying.
