This Showit United 2016 styled shoot was something that I have been wanting to learn about for sometime!!! Dan and Erin Dezago taught us all about shooting video along side our photography during wedding days!! They only were able to dabble into the topic, but I feel like I learned SO much from the short time we had together! I probably could sit and pick their brains for hours upon hours about it, but I was grateful to get to learn a bit more about video and be able to test out a few different stabilizers.
United 2016 – Incorporating Video Styled Shoot
I think that video adds SO much to the power of our images, and I didn’t even know where to start when I was trying it on my own. I did know that shooting hand held wasn’t working out too well, so it was great to be able to get the chance to see different options of the stabilizers and how they worked! The vendors that they found for that shoot did an amazing job, and our couple was STUNNING! Our “groom” was on crutches, but he toughed it out, and was a professional nuzzler. I always thought it would be tough to sit in front of 20+ photographers as they all sat and photographed you, but I hadn’t even thought how it would have been for video. Luckily, most of us were able to take just a short time and get some time with the couple ourselves. I loved learning about video, and I can’t wait to add more and more into my experience for my clients! 😀 Here’s a few stills from the shoot, and don’t miss the video at the end! 🙂
