HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!

A few weeks ago, Trixie of YOUnique Events Reached out to me, and asked if I would want to be a part of a fun Valentine’s Day Inspired shoot. I haven’t had the time, or the energy to brainstorm my own shoots, and i’m always excited to work with new vendors and new venues. I loved everything she was telling me about the shoot, and then she told me we would get to use some amazing House of Elliot lace boots. I knew I had to say yes. She did the planning and rounded up so many amazing vendors for this shoot. I got to work with the amazing Danielle of Make by Danielle B, as well as Julee Heslop, who’s work you might remember from our killer Game of Thrones Inspired shoot. I went to high school and play volleyball with Julee so it’s always a good time when we get to get together on a project or wedding.

We all met up at the beautiful Swayze Suite in downtown Hermiston. It’s the CUTEST little apartment that has been fully renovated and it’s just beautiful. I loved getting shoot our getting ready shots in their little space! The shoot itself was at the Maxwell Siding Event Center, and it would make the perfect location for any sweet indoor wedding.  They have a beautiful covered patio out back and I made sure to utilize that for a lot of our bride and groom portraits of the shoot.

I absolutely loved the bright red dress that our model was wearing from Blueberry Bridal Boutique, and the long, flowing floral arrangement from Krisanthemums.

All in all, I think we really encompassed the Valentine’s Day vibe, and I loved getting to work with all these amazing vendors. It’s always a treat.
