This year went by SO quick for me! I felt like as soon as I started shooting weddings this year that I was finishing up the last one. I loved the couples that I got to work with this year and I can’t thank them enough for letting me document their special days! I love that they will have those images to remember their wedding day forever!
I have so many favorite photos from this year, but I definitely can’t just pick a few of those, so I thought I would blog about my Favorite 2015 Wedding Moments. Definitely not in any order because there’s NO way I could do that, so we’ll just go by each wedding.
Brian & Mackenzie (AKA Mackie)Â – Simply Country Summer Wedding
I was so happy I got to be the one to document Brian and Mackie’s wedding this summer. It was such a perfect day!
There were so many special moments of the day that it’s hard to pick favorites, but i loved this moment with Mackie and her bridesmaids. I’m sure i told them “just talk to each other, laugh, have a good time!” and they delivered.
I loved all the images that we got during our bride and groom formals time. These two were just so happy, and it really showed through in their photos.
I was able to steal these two away from their party for a few sunset photos too, and those were just magical! đ
Ian & Sarah – July Ellensburg Fairground Wedding
So full of love, so special. One of my very favorite moments of the day was Sarah’s first look at herself. As soon as she saw how beautiful she looked, her hands went up to her eyes and she cried a happy cry. She. Looked. Stunning.
Once Ian finally got to see his stunning bride, he couldn’t keep his eyes off of her. He looked at Sarah like this all day, and you can just tell that he loves both Sarah and her daughter. It was adorable! At they were expert nuzzlers. đ
And i definitely can’t forget the silly groomsmen. These guys were hilarious!
Dallin & Chandra – Kennewick Backyard Wedding
Dallin and Chandra celebrating with their friends and family at Dallin’s parents home under the beautiful willow trees, and their barn that they made BY HAND! They did everything mostly on their own, and did an amazing job with it! Their sunset ceremony was perfect, and then we headed straight to the reception with goodies to eat.
Chandra’s dress was beautiful! Covered in lace, and she looked stunning in it!
I loved their ceremony location. It was perfect for a sunset ceremony.
Their first dance was adorable.
And being a daddy’s girl myself, i love father/daughter moments. This was right after their dance, and it such a special moment.
Mike & Amy – Swiftwater Cellars Fall Wedding
Mike and Amy’s Swiftwater Cellars wedding was full of surprises. I was one of the few that knew what was in store for their guests, and it was so hard!!
There was special moments through out the day….
I just love these two, and I love how they look at each other! This was during their bride and groom formals and they were just so happy. It’s usually the only time my couples get to be alone together during the whole day, and it was so fun with these two.
Right after the ceremony, Amy was hugging a few of the groomsmen, and then she hugged her dad. Being a daddy’s girl myself, I love little moments like this one. So much joy!
During the reception, instead of having a DJ, they had dueling pianos, and it was AWESOME! But the best part about it all was Amy singing the opening song. Benny and the Jets. She was a little nervous. đ
It was just a great day, full of amazing people. Definitely one of my favorite weddings!
My Favorite 2015 Wedding Moments were so hard to pick. I definitely have more than just these, but i can’t share all the weddings all over again. Make sure to check out their individual blog posts to see more of their wedding days! They’re all SO fun!
