I love when I get to photograph my good friend’s families! Being someone’s family photographer is so fun to me! I love being able to see the kids grow and learn more and more. These guys weren’t any different! I first photographed these kids when I was barely starting out with my business. We spend the afternoon running through the cherry orchards, and watching them eat unripe cherries, and their youngest was just a baby! It’s crazy how fast they grow up.

Audra has been a good friend of mine since 7th grade. I moved into a new town, didn’t know anyone, and she was more than happy to let me into her “group” and we’ve been friends ever since. I probably wouldn’t have made it through the remainder of my middle school career without her.

Her and her hubby have some pretty great kids. They can be crazy at times, but I knew that going into the session, so I came armed with Smarties. They are the perfect little treat during photos because they won’t make any mess like chocolate would. I may have had to bribe them a few times with them, but we got some great photos because of it.

Thanks Audra and Derick for spending the evening with me. I’m so glad we could fit it into both of our schedules. Love you guys!
