This engagement session in the desert was a special one!! The first time I photographed Shelby was the first time she ever ran for a Rodeo Queen title when she was about 14! I also photographed her sister’s wedding a few years back, so it was super exciting when she reached out after she and Andrew got engaged! I cannot wait for their wedding next summer.

These two spend a lot of their time together riding horses, hunting, and playing with their sweet pup, Tilly. They brought her to their session, and we had to get some photos of her with them.  She is the sweetest little Corgi pup, and I know what you’re wondering. Yes- they have the cutest little butts. HA!

These two met me out in Mattawa, and we headed down by the river for their session. It had been pretty smoky in Central Washington, and it made it harder to see the mountains behind us, but the weather was great and golden hour was pretty perfect. We laughed a lot and didn’t get bit by any snakes, but the mosquitos were out in full force towards the end of our session, but it was a great time! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding!
