I know I can’t be the only girl that has this problem. You buy a new pair of heels, but have the hardest time walking in them because they are so dang slick on the bottom. Forget about wearing them to your friends wedding because if there’s ANY type of slick floor, you will end up flat on your butt. Well, ladies, I have a $2 heel hack that every girl should know.
$2 Hack Every Girl Should Know
It literally takes $2 and about 10 seconds of your time, and maybe a little elbow grease.
So now that I’ve built up all this anticipation here it is!
Step 1: Go to your local hardware store. Home Depot or Lowe’s will work as well.
Step 2: Find yourself the sand paper aisle.
Step 3: Buy 1 sheet of sand paper. Any grit will work, but I’d say probably not too fine, and not too course, but right in the middle should do.
Step 4: Go home and buff the bottom of your shoes.
Easy peasy, right!? Then you will have some extra traction on your shoes and won’t have to worry about slip-sliding around at your next outing in your favorite heels!!! YAHOO!
