I’m almost at a loss for words for this beautiful Terra Blanca Winery Wedding. This wedding was so stunning, and the couple is top notch. Just a few months back, I got to photograph my sweet bride, Olivia’s wedding who found me thanks to one of her best friends, Kendall. I knew as soon as I met Kendall that we would get along so great, and then we had the cutest engagement session last winter in Spokane, with her and Armin, and it made me THAT much more excited for their wedding. These two are so dang sweet, and they absolutely adore each other.
Their wedding day was nothing short of amazing. Kendall made the most beautiful bride, and Armin cleans up pretty well himself! I started with the girls like normal, and it was so fun getting to spend time with some of them again! I met a few of them at Olivia’s wedding a few months back, and felt like I was just another old friend hanging with the girls. That’s always THE BEST! 🙂 I loved all of Kendall’s gorgeous bridal details, and she really was such a gorgeous bride. It was no wonder that when we got to Kendall and Armin’s first look he had the reaction he did.
No tears, nah, nothing crazy like that, but all he could say was “WOW!” And he said it multiple times. He twirled her around a few times, and I let them bask in that moment that they were about to be husband and wife. That’s always the best feeling! We busted out through all their portraits in record time (because, let’s be honest, these two look like models) and then it was off to hiding for them.
Then it was time for the big show! Their wedding ceremony was perfect. Kendall’s dad walked her down the aisle to the man of her dreams, but not before some fancy footwork from the two of them. They lit their unity candle and vowed to love and support each other through life, and children, and PA school, and then the best part “kiss the bride!”
They had some of the best toasters I have ever seen, and Kendall’s bridesmaids even got Armin a special gift to help them survive living with each other. They would know…Kendall, Olivia, Lexi, and Taylor were roomies at Gonzaga! They gave him wine to help her after long days at PA school, Clorox wipes to help her clean when things are already clean, chocolate-to go with the wine, print-outs about all the latest from her favorite tv shows, triscuits and cheese for when she needs a snack, and a few other special things to make the transition a little easier for the both of them. It was the funniest toast I’ve seen in a while!
If there’s something I really found out at the wedding, it’s that Bosnians really know how to party!! Everyone was getting down on the dance floor, and it was so fun to see them all having such an awesome time! We were lucky enough to sneak Armin and Kendall out of the partyfor just a few minutes to head down to the wine caves and get some final portraits!! If you’ve never shot at a winery with a wine cave, you’re missing out! It was SUPER dark down there, and without our handy videographer, I would have been screaming because I’ve watched too many scary movies, but we luckily, we all survived. There’s no monsters living down there. 🙂
Congrats Armin and Kendall, and I hope you guys have THE BEST time in Maui. I’ll be stalking you all week, and wishing I was there with you, but I’m so happy that I got to celebrate the day with you guys! Love ya!!

…because they said I wouldn’t put it on the blog… 😛
Recreating old photos gives me life! HAHA!
And this one is just epic.
