Like I said last week, I love being a family photographer! This session at the Yakima Area Arboretum was SO fun!
Yakima Area Arboretum
The Yakima Area Arboretum is a gorgeous place to take family photos in the fall! I love all the yellows, oranges, and reds that you can find all in one area! It’s really a family photographers dream to shoot at!
Hake Family
Last time I photographed this family was when their youngest, Lucas, was a newborn. I know these kids grow up too fast, but it just jumps out to me even more when I only see them every so often for family photos. I still can’t believe that cute kid is almost 2! It definitely goes by too fast.
We spend a brisk cold morning at the arboretum in Yakima. We managed to beat everyone that had the same idea of taking pictures there! We showed up around 9:30 and everyone else seemed to filter in when we were closer to being done. We were all surprised how many people were out taking photos that morning, but the arboretum is so gorgeous right now with all the fall colors, that it isn’t too surprising.
The boys had a fun time walking around, throwing leaves, and playing, more so than just sitting there and taking pictures. Sitting and smiling is hard work for those little guys, but they were troopers! Even if I had to bribe them with smarties! 😉
I’m so happy we found a time to take these photos, Paige! Thanks for spending the morning with me! 😀
