Now that I posted my favorite moments of 2016, I thought I would give you a little behind the scenes look at it as well! This year was the first year that I started using a second shooter more often. I know there are photographers out there who prefer to shoot alone, or just haven’t made the jump to have a second shooter, but I have found that for me it makes my job just a touch less stressful. It never hurt to have a little support on a wedding day either! 😉 I worked with some fun girls who did a great job second shooting for me, and I always love when I get to see a few behind the scenes shots from them! I probably looks crazy in them, and I never love that, but what fun is life if you can’t laugh at yourself every once in while, right?

I’ve had a mother of the bride tell me how “CUTE” I was when I shoot with my camera on the left side….I had to turn my body a funny way because the Holdfast sliders weren’t long enough….I have since purchased the UPDATED sliders that are adjustable.

P.S. I’m not always such a creeper. HAHA. These guys were great.
